Notes

For whatever reason, the obstacle course today was brutal for me. Running backwards with the tire destroyed my legs- by the time I got to the normal backwards running, I was practically walking. I hit a hurdle on the first run through. I couldn't get the medicine ball over the posts either time. Joe Kelley said that I might have a cold coming on- suggested rest and hydration. A really tough, kind of embarrassing workout for me... hopefully it will build mental toughness and make future workouts seem easier.
