No Phish concert last night so I don’t have that excuse this year, but I’m still pretty happy with this. Started a little slower and worked it through the middle of the race, but still got rocked on the last hill and finishing straightaway. 4 seconds slower when 2019. Goal is to run this pace for 10k at B2B!!
