Great morning! Classic GBTC workout with an awesome group. 10.5 easy, then 2 miles @ 5:50, 5:59, few minutes jog, 3.5 loops of HBH (~2.5 miles) @ 6:0x avg, few minutes jog, then spicy two miles @ 5:34, 5:48. I was definitely feeling fatigued from the two workouts earlier in the week so I just wanted to get through this - it was tough but not terrible and I never got dropped by the group. So, I am happy!
