4x1600 cutdowns (5:45->5:25) w/ 1 lap jog; 1600 of ins & outs
Planned on 5x1600 w/ a lap jog, but missed most of #4 with a potty break and decided not to make it up since we were rolling and I wanted to stay with the group. Did a nice cutdown from 5:45 -> 5:25 w/ Shaun, Norcross, some others. Felt off on #1 but better as we went along. Lead #3 and felt strong doing it! Gotta figure out how I need to fix my diet to avoid having to poo during night workouts (I assume that means less Chipotle).
