LT workout @ Harvard. Arbitrary goal of 3x3200 w/ 2' rest, planning on aiming for 5:40 pace. Only made it through two reps before having to cut it, was working to hard to hit the pace. I guess I needed a slower target if I was aiming for 6 miles total... it must have been very humid out, was sweating a tonnn afterwards.
