Ran with the top 6. Did a good loop- out to Birch St Park, then through the woods to Valley St. We entered Bruiser Woods at Sully's house and did a loop there before coming out in the bogs and getting over to High St; we then came back to the High School through the woods. We did 4X200 at about 40 second pace after... felt really easy. Lifting and abs afterwards.
