Week goal: ~ 61-65 + doubles

Easy run w/ Paul. Did a loop out to the bog behind Bryantville and did a full lap there, then came back. Surprisingly, I didn't feel sore despite the long run/ lift yesterday. We didn't kill it or anything, I just wasn't hurting at all. Hot. 6 strides after on the turf.
