Didn’t think I had it in me to do an MP tempo 7 days after the 10 miler, so played it safe and went for 20 with a conscious effort to run a little faster (Pfitz guidelines of 20-10% slower than MP). Felt pretty good for most of it, but was pretty hot by the end and struggled on the final stretch from MoS home.
