Notes
Easy run, tested the legs and knocked off some of my final Somerville streets. Feeling fine walking around, but running still has that post-marathon deep soreness in the quads, particularly going up and down hills. Felt pretty good otherwise though, and better as I went. Didn't really have a time / distance goal in mind when I started, decided to add-on to get ~an hour when I got back to Charlestown. Saw two girls tossing the LAX ball back in forth by the track, and the ball went through the fence and in to the channel. Ha.
Just keeping it easy for the rest of the week...
