50-70' fartlek, 8x:30 pickups @ 5k sporadically
Great run. Did the same route as last Wednesday/Thursday, so hilly, but I felt great. Pickups were done by feel, felt strong on them. Gave myself 6 minutes between each one to get a good spread throughout the run. Some of the ones that fell on uphills were tough, but overall felt very good. As expected, best time for this loop to date.
