Excellent progression run on Quincy Shore Drive! Started the run with the TLS P from the TLS HQ!! He accompanied with me ~2.5 miles to QSD, so I had a pretty slow warmup before dropping the pace. I planned on doing a gradual build over multiple miles (even with the slower start), but the 4th mile came in 6:11 pretty effortlessly and I just cruised from there. Had to rein in it the last mile due to some BMs, although still ended up with an okay pace with the hill. 7 miles @ 6:04 w/ net uphill, relaxed effort - good for a summer progression run.
PRERUN: lunge matrix, leg swings
