Evening double with Shannon after a solid grocery shopping trip. We went slow to try not to hurt her Achilles too much... I was pretty beat anyways.

This was actually a pretty good week, 80 miles in 6 days of running, one solid tempo, good LR. Could have used the 7th day of running, and another workout.
