Ran the 4x400 "B" team. Bill Stafford- me- Jared Stack- Pony. We won the second heat. I ran 57.6, passing Jesse (58.9- C team) and PRing. Happy with my leg. Only a 1 second PR, but a 1 second PR is all I need in the 1000 to move on to DIIIs.
