Messed up GPS and missed first 3 miles of this... cooldown / workout post- Super Sunday. Did 6 miles easy, then 4 miles @ goal MP (6:00), 1 and change cooldown. Felt pretty good, it was tough but I was up to the task. Took one GU after the race and a second a mile before starting the tempo.
