Joe Kelley workout. Long warmup, then the meat of the workout was 10x 100 yd stride, 100 yd tire pull, and then some exercise (pullups, hops, prone pullups, squats, burpees, pushups, hamstring curls, supermen, crunches, and med ball slams ). Finished with yoga. Tough.
