Liberty League DMR w/ Debronsky, Aaron Barker, and Bashir. Got the baton maybe 8 seconds back from RIT + SLU. Went out in 30ish (stupid), settled into a good rhythm after that, maybe a little slow. Caught the saint lawrence guy with two to go, he bumped me on the penultimate turn and I dropped the stick. Probably would have been a mid 4:30s run if I hadn't dropped it, so a good effort I think. 800 later.
