🚂 Commuter rail run w/ 5x2 mi
20 miles from Framingham -> Back Bay with a great group. 4 up, then 5x2 mile w/ 0.5 mile float. Nominally the groups goal pace was mid 5:40s, but I was off the back right away at 5:45. Didn’t feel great at any point in the workout, but I got through it okay and was good practice sticking in it for the marathon - just have to run the mile you’re in… I’m figuring my goal pace is 5:55 so anything faster than that is good for this workout.
