GBTC Workout: 4 mile MP on the track. Very warm day today, but had cooled off a good amount by night and it was pretty breezy, so didn't feel hot. Laid back and ran my own pace, aiming for 6:0X. It was fine... didn't feel like a jog which I'd kinda hoped for, but wasn't "hard". Doubt I could have run another 89 laps at this pace tonight. Oh well, I'm confident in my training, I will flip the switch on race day.
