Pretty good long run. Paul drove us out to the Mohawk-Hudson bike trail. Going out we kept it nice and easy, probably averaged 7:10-7:15. Turned around at ~52 and change. Coming back we gradually ramped up the pace until we were moving. At about 83ish I had to pull over with some GI troubles, then got back on the path and pushed the pace some more until I met up with Paul again who was going out for a short addon. Added on 5 minutes on the road then was going to do another 10 on the bike path but after losing another sock decided to cut the run a few minutes short. Solid pace throughout the second half, legs felt great, mostly aerobic stress. Negative split the run by 4-5 minutes meaning the second half could have averaged as fast as 6:30.
Totalled 85 miles in a week where I felt really guilty for not running enough BUT still at 390 rolling average so not too worried
