GBTC Workout. Did 4800 w/ Shaun (his last MP tuneup before BSM Sunday), jogged a lap, then did a solo 3200. My plan was to go 4800/3200/1600 with a lap jog, getting faster each one, for a solid broken tempo effort. Went fine (4800 with Shaun felt good, 3200 was tougher but was able to get in a good rhythm and be consistent) but had some stomach troubles towards the end of the 3200 and had to go to the bathroom, so didn't do the final 1600. I may have a problem... gotta figure this out! Solid enough workout though, getting more comfortable.
