Easy run, felt good. Beautifully warm night out. Giving myself another easy day before what will hopefully be a quality tempo workout tomorrow. Wanted to do strides after this run but stomach was acting up AGAIN the last mile so I had to go straight in :(

The week of October 27, 2014 (LLs) was when I hit my highest 52 week average - 89.5 mpw. That most assuredly lined up with the best shape I've ever been in. Mileage isn't everything, but it is a lot of thing and I need to get back to that level or higher if I want to continue to improve. It's possible, as long as I stay motivated (keep having fun) and healthy then it will come together. 52 weeks from now to Boston, I can be at lifetime best fitness by then.

Still over a month away from the meat of track season, I am doubtful that I can run under 5' pace for 5k as I had once hoped to do this summer, but I still think I can PR in the 5k and possibly even the SC.
