4x~3 w/ half mile float
The classic. We ended each two after 4 loops so 2-4 were a bit short of 3 miles. Pretty cold, windy night but felt strong. Sat in the pack, fell towards the back on #3 as things got a little spicier but made it a good bit through #4 with Rob and Mike. Had some GI distress so my last two miles were a bit slower… but felt pretty strong aerobically.
