Rose and ground! Slept in shorts, but didn't think I would be swallowing the frog this morning... but woke up around 6:15 feeling pretty alert and decided to go for it. Great decision! Run was fine, nothing special. My hips and glutes are tight and I really need to do some mobility etc. tonight, gotta prioritize it. See y'all out on the basketball court!
