Notes

6x100m 'fast' strides on the track w/ full walkback rest. These felt great. I timed #s 3-6, was running just under 15 seconds, which is ok. Somewhat surprisingly, legs felt great, didn't hurt at all and felt strong. I think I was trying to force them a little too much, it felt like I was maxing out on how fast I could turn over my legs and stay coordinated. On the last one I tried to run more relaxed and it was actually my fastest while feeling the easiest. Right when I finished my last stride, the lights on the track went out. Pretty funny.
