Notes

Joe Kelley workout with Paul, at the Kelley's house. Started with normal upper body warmups, leg swings, and drills up the driveway hill. Then did 3 sets of: 30 secs fast feet on the stairs, lunges with arms up across the yard, and 20 mountain climbers. Then did 2 sets of: 8-10 25 lb dumbbell overhead press w/ quarter squat, 8-10 prone pullups, 12-15 pushups with (25 lb?) plate on back, 8-10 physio ball arms back and extended w/ plate.Did ground drills, including 30 ea planks and 5-8 planks w/ leg raises. Finished w/ 6 yoga poses: one knee up; knee folded over and bending down (IT stretch); quad stretch; arms and legs folded; tree pose; and warrior 3. A good workout, felt easier than the other night. Leg circuit was definitely the hardest part.
