Assigned 8x1200 @ 10k w/ 200m jog, but only ever planned on doing 4-6 (first workout in over a month). 10k pace is an elusive concept for me, I hoped to run 4:00-4:07 (i.e. faster than 5:30, goal B2B pace). Did the first one with the guys, a little quicker than I needed to be off of a slow start. Backed off from there, but was working hard enough that I figured 4 would be fine for today - definitely COULD have done 1 or 2 more at the pace. I'm sure I've lost some fitness since Boston, and it was also a good bit warmer tonight than it has been - certainly no cause for concern here! Don't think I'm gonna be ready to rip one this weekend though...
