3x1600, 1x1200, 3x400 / 3rd place champion beer
Pretty dece workout! Ran with Shaun, Erik, Nick O. Started with some 1600s, I was working pretty hard to keep with the group but it felt like a nice hard effort. Led #3 at 5:20 flat and that was tough, so cut #4 at 1200 when I was slowing considerably and gave myself some extra rest. The 400s were tough but I got myself to do a 3rd and then kicked it in the last 100m.
