400, 1600, 3x1200
Another in this series of workouts - fast 400, fast 1600, then 3x1200; 1 lap jog between everything. was skeptical that I could run sub 5 after the 400, but got it done and then felt pretty good on the 1200s! Could have done one more, but 3 felt good with a race on Thursday. Fastest 1200s yet.
