Inspired by Erik. Wanted to do something faster before the 5k, and I haven’t been on the track in over a week. Felt much better than expected! The bike path was a good choice for this. Had trouble timing the 15s reps, next time I’ll program this into my watch. Looks like I didn’t keep the recoveries as tight as the first time I did this.
