Mixed things up this weekend because of the race Monday, decided to do a shorter LR today and then an easy double tomorrow. Pretty low expectations for this run... I didn't get it in early because I was at Pembroke XC practice. Probably should have run it during the day, but instead opted to wait until after dinner. Considering that I had ~30 minutes to digest, I'd say this run went pretty well! Felt good the whole time, consistent pacing throughout until the last 3 miles where I picked it up a little (mostly because it got dark and I wanted to get home before I got hit by a car). Will go easy tomorrow and then see what I've got in the 5k!
