Easy run, later start than I wanted so it got dark by the end which slowed things down a bit. Felt pretty good, left abductor still tight at the start / doing lunges. Need to be doing SAM but just haven't made time... Didn't push it again today, tomorrow I will get in a progression unless I feel *awful*.
