There was a league championship at the Reggie going until 8:30, so had to change my plans (no "5k prep" workout) and just did the marathon guys' workout on the river - 3x3 mile MP w/ 3' jog. Aimed for 6:10-6:15 pace for MP; it was a little harder than expected, but I think that's okay for a dark Tuesday night. Dece workout
