Fartlek workout in the morning in Chicago before my interviews. Warmed up to the Lake Shore path, did 2x(3 @ tempo, 4x30 secs @ mile w/ 1 min rest between everything). Cooled down back to the hotel. Not a great workout, I was a little pressed for time because I wanted to make sure I had time to prepare, but I got something in.
