7x800m w/ 400 jog, with Shaun. We picked this workout at the last minute, aimed for 8 reps @ 2:40 - Shaun is looking to *rip* this potential 5k TT! It was windy out which probably slowed us down a little bit, but this didn't feel terrible... I guess the rest was fairly generous since we weren't going thatttt fast, but it was the fastest I've run in a while so didn't bother me! Traded off leading reps with Shaun and decided to cut it after 7, wasn't feeling spent yet and trying to save a little for Saturday ;)
