Cornfields

Notes

Easy run. Did the barefoot warmup and some barefoot drills before hand. Ran an easy, short run- Cornfields with a small add on. Felt pretty good- ready for a strong race tomorrow. Again, the goal is to break 29- although the first priority is to break 30. Plan on trying to go out in control over the first mile, but then get up with Joe F and Andrew and work with them.
