Last chance qualifying meet at Notre Dame. Finished in 5:04. Seeded 4th in my heat, Blazo seeded 3rd. Got out hard in first lap, stayed tight to the top two and sat in third. Split 67 for first lap, 81 for second. Trying to push in 3rd lap, ran 79. Last lap gave final effort, but still passed on the last turn by Blazo, Jesse. and others. Split 77. Still a good race though. Thought I did a good job holding on after the first lap, and glad that I broke my downward slump.
