GBTC Workout: 6x1k @ 10k, 6x400 @ 5k, all w/ 200m jog. Very nice night for this one, no wind. Ended up running this all by myself. Going in I was thinking that ~3:25 / ~78 would be appropriate, so aimed for those paces and was able to hit them pretty consistently. Good workout, didn't feel amazing but seemed like the right effort. Excited to race my first XC 10k on Sunday!
