Back at Reggie! 400, 2000, 3x1200
First indoor workout of the season! It was a tough one tonight - fast 400, hard 2000, then 3x1200. Two laps jog between everything, except 3 laps after the 2k. Fell off the top guys a bit in the 2k, then fell off the group a bit in the 1200s. My right hamstring was pretty tight and I was wearing a long sleeve shirt so it got quite hot.
