4 up including a good bit with Shannon and Maddie, then 5 miles in 31:27 (6:17 / mi). Meh, after last week I was hoping to run 5:50 pace! It was a nice sunny morning, but my legs could not get going at all. Thought about calling it after 2 but decided to just get it done and be okay with the miles being slow. First time trying to workout in the morning in a while, maybe that’s the problem... oh well, NBD.
