Seeded 11th, first in the barrel. Didn't get out very well, boxed in and stuck behind all of the non-barrel runners. Focused on breathing. Ran 63 for the first quarter- too slow. Surged on the second lap, feeling pretty good, and passing kids- ran 68. Not a bad race; wish that I had gotten out faster. Equaled my PR.
