Worked out with Shaun and Manny, we tried to go early to beat the heat. Not sure how successful we were at that 🥵 but it was still a pretty good workout for me. Felt pretty good on the 200s, then way better than expected for about half of the tempo (tried to keep up with Shaun against my better judgement). Led the 2nd mile, then fell back and slogged a bit for the 3rd. Aerobically felt strong but the heat was killer, really tough. Felt much better on the last set of 200s, went a bit faster following Shaun and then sandbagged him at the end.
