Notes

Joe Kelley workout. Began with some core work- easy. Did a whole lot of warm up drills, don't remember them all. Did some plyos: box jumping and jumping with balls between the leg. Did some medicine ball throws. Finished with a fun drill: Throwing a medicine ball backwards over your head while your partner runs and get it, and continuing in that manner across the field. I did it in a group with Ryan, Paul, Drew, and the 12 lb ball. Did it across the field the short way... still pretty tough. Went into the weight room after for some lifting. All in all, a pretty easy workout.
