Notes
Easy run. Went out the trail to North Lakes, then took a left on Miller and came back on Liberty to North Lakes. Ran through Frear, then did a short add on on. Ran with Jake, Brandon, and Pat Cav. Felt pretty sore, but did actually feel better as the run went on. Really excited to meet the new coach tomorrow. Double tomorrow morning, then repeat miles in the afternoon.
