Notes
I was a real dingus. Had about 45 minutes after the 1500, most of which I spent standing around feeling really nauseous. Finally did a few lap jogs around the field, spike up and did one stride, but I totally psyched myself out of the race, didn't think I was ready to run well at all. Went through 200 in ~30 in last which wasn't terrible, but then I started to fall off and came through 400 really slow. I really gotta work on doubling/ 800s, I talked myself out of this race well before the gun went off. Stupid.
