Planned on doing 7 up / 10 MP / 3 down, but didn’t feel as good as I hoped... decided to cut the tempo at 6 miles, a little slower than goal pace but not tooo far off. Legs just felt fatigued and heavy, not sure if I’m just not fit yet or still tired from B2B. Still, first 20 miler of the cycle at a decent pace, so not a throwaway run. Caffeinated GU 3 miles into the tempo.
