Easy run w/ Cish, Brian, Colin. Definitely feeling the workout + lift going up the hills, but otherwise felt ok.
Psyched to race this weekend. Feeling like I've come around. Hopefully will be in the fast heat, but ready for a good race either way. Primary goal is to stay FOCUSED and COMPETE, make sure I'm in a good spot for the first half of the race and then make a push between 800-1k. Should pick up States B no problem, I don't see why I shouldn't be in PR shape.
