Well, I guess this is what I should have expected... little in the way of “speed” training + a hard 20 miler the day before left me feeling a little flat. I think I ran 2:17ish through half? Faded pretty hard, wasn’t really in the race at all... it was a grind, over quick though. All things being equal I think I would run faster given another shot at the distance.
Ate burritos and worked the HJ afterwards instead of cooling down...
