Notes

Joe Kelley workout at the Kelley's with Ryan, Yan, Paul, and Drew. Shakeout before, progression run later. Pretty tough upper body workout.

Started with the normal warmups, leg swings, some drills up the driveway hill. Then did 3 circuits (tough!) of burpee-long jumps around the yard, 21x25 lb weigh snatches, 30 secs each fast feet on the stairs, and 20 hamstring physio ball curls. Only did 15 snatches on set 3. Then did 2 sets each of mixed grip pullups, 15 pushups w/ a 25 lb plate on the back, 8x35 lb saws on a physio ball, and 8x25 lb ea 1/4 squat push press. Then did a quick russian twist core routine. Finished with the normal 6 yoga poses, holding for 30 secs each leg.
