GBTC workout @ Franklin Park: 8xWilderness Loops (~800m) @ 10k effort with 1:30-2' rest. I liked this one, although it was pretty tough. Just tried to run with the group, for the most part I was pretty consistent but began to die off on the last two. Hard to quantify this workout but there was some quality tonight! Not sure how B2B is going to go, though.
