Solo workout at QHS - 5xmile @ T w/ 1' rest. Had to go shopping, and getting my RLTAC membership tomorrow, so decided to keep it local today. It was a rainy, but nice and warm night - very windy however! Planned on 6xmile w/ 4x200 before and after, decided to cut it after 5 since I stopped getting faster (maybe a little bit of frustration?). Somewhat of an annoying workout in that I didn't realllly feel like I was working that hard, but I was having trouble pacing consistently (lap splits would be all over the pace) due to the wind + darkness. I think the effort was fine, the pace was a little slower than I'd hoped for, but still a fine workout. Two days after a tough LR workout too, so definitely need to take 2 or 3 days EZ before another quality day - probably an MP tempo.
